that we may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Website

4) Accounts (if you offer them)

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5) Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

An order is only accepted when we confirm it by email and/or provide access/delivery (acceptance may vary by product/service).

We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/availability issues). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you.

6) Prices and descriptions

We try to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we’ll contact you with options (confirm at correct price or cancel for a refund).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the amount due.

We do not store full card details on our servers.

8) Delivery / access

Physical goods (if applicable):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk passes to you on delivery.

If you provide incorrect delivery details, you may be responsible for additional costs.

Digital products / downloads / access (if applicable):

Access is usually provided by email and/or through your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you can access the digital product (compatible device/software, internet access).

Services (if applicable):

Any service timelines are estimates unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

9) Cancellations and refunds

Because your business may sell a mix of items, use the sections below that apply.

A) If you sell to consumers (B2C)

If you are a consumer in the UK buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (with some exceptions, including certain digital content once access/download begins and customised goods/services).
If cancellation rights apply, you must tell us within the cancellation period and return physical items where required.

B) Digital content

Where you purchase digital content, you may be asked to confirm that access begins immediately and that you understand you may lose your right to cancel once the download/streaming/access begins.

C) Services

If services have started (with your agreement), refunds may be reduced to reflect work completed, where permitted by law.

D) Business customers (B2B)

For business purchases, cancellation/refund rights are as stated in these Terms or any separate written agreement/statement of work.

Refund process: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within [X] working days.

If you want, tell me what you sell (subscriptions? one-off services? physical goods?) and I’ll tighten this section so it exactly matches your offering.
